Modules are sets of one or more software packages in a standalone environment. In this course we will cover the modules available on Dalma, but you should be aware that if you are using a different HPC environment the modules themselves may be different.
The two most useful commands of modules are
module purge all
module load []
To load gencore modules load gencore/1
module load gencore/1
module avail
